am writing Just a quick note to say thank you for all of the help that you have
given me. You have made the road far easier for me to travel since I have been
down here. Recovery is an interesting and exciting journey, and I know that God
meant for me to start my journey in Florida, at The Florida House.
I hope that the road of recovery continues to bless you with life’s miracles
– and know that you, and The Florida House, will always be in my
prayers.

feel compelled to tell everyone I can about my experience at The Florida
House because I know that there are people out there that are as desperate to
change their life as I was. For 15 years I drank and drugged without any hope
of getting sober. In august of 2007 I was right around the corner
from death in an emergency room in Boston. By the grace of God, I survived and
ended up in The Florida House where the staff there is ready to help you.
The therapists are in recovery themselves so they know what they are talking about.
I have been to a few places but none of them compare to The Florida House.
This placed saved my life and has shown me how to work a daily program of recovery
in which I can stay sober.

I came to The Florida House, I was empty inside. I felt hopeless and afraid.
Upon coming to The Florida House I found that I was not running from something
but, I was running towards something. Thje staff and the on-grounds meetings have

Sunlight
Recovery announces a new program with the "Powerhouse Gym Fitness Center."
In addition to our on campus work out center, our clients will now enjoy the facilities
at the Powerhouse Gym Fitness Center. The Fitness Center offers certified personal
trainers, free weights, aerobic classes, spinning, pilates and yoga. This program
is offered 5 days a week to all of our clients in Sunlight Recovery.
Sunlight
Recovery announces the anticipated opening of "JoJo's Clean and sober
Cafe" on the Deerfield Bach campus. The sober cafe will open prior
to the Spring of 2008. "JoJo's" will feature deli sandwiches and snacks,
soft drinks, coffee and the company of other individuals in Recovery. The sober
Cafe will compliment "The Room", a 12 step meeting room offered to clients
and the public at large. Sunlight Recovery believes that you can't treat the disease
of addiction in a 28 day program, rather treatment must be long term. Sunlight
Recovery along with Innovations, The Florida House and Graduate Housing
offers a long-term (6 or more months) of ongoing treatment and supervision.
Sunlight Recovery offers its programs, "JoJo's" and "The Room" all
on the Deerfield Beach campus.
